In my system we all have different walking speeds and posture, so I've never had the issue with sitting but walking is another story.

As for littles and notes Ollie has no clue what's happening so he writes down anything he can't understand. Patton is probably listening but the paper is blank or he's practicing letters. Tobias is paying attention and trying to commit every to memory but can't do more than doodle. Sunny writes down the number of times the teacher sneezes and every other word on the slides. And Liam is probably daydreaming or intentionally not paying attention. We're lucky he shows up. -teal and/or val

This is so interesting. So I only found out about one of my alters specifically in my dreams. One of her “talents” is to stay hidden, and sort of a spy craft kind of thing. But, I have had multiple dreams throughout the years where I would go lucid in my dream and would be her. But it would be the host waking up in her body and her world. Soooo weird, but when I started trying to identify the inner system and world, the only way I was able to identify her was because of the dreams. Turns out she actually does quite a bit in the system. She actually has been fronting much more often than I thought. I thought she NEVER fronted, but lately I have been doing better at identifying who has been fronting during different times. She actually is a little problematic for a few reasons, but also more helpful than I thought too. Basically, she is doing much more in my waking hours than I ever would have guessed. I also am having stress dreams from my old host, who doesn’t front anymore, but is still there. I have been doing a lot more healing work with her lately and I just realized I have been having her stress dreams lately. Anyway, thank you for being so transparent. Those of you that are brave enough to put your system’s lives on UA-cam have my utmost respect and gratitude. It helps more than you will know!
